Preface
As both a designer and a mom of five, I balance my creative work with family life. While I always strive to meet deadlines, there may occasionally be unforeseen delays due to illness or emergency. If that ever happens, I will communicate with you promptly so we can adjust timelines together.
Drafts and Revisions
- Logos & Branding: I provide unlimited revisions within reason, to ensure you love your final design. Extensive reworks that fall outside the original scope may require additional fees.
- Websites: Once a design direction has been finalized and approved, major redesigns may be subject to an additional fee of $30/hour.
- Revision Window: After completion, I keep design files (excluding website coding) for 30 days. During that time, revisions can be requested at a rate of $30/hour.
Copyright
By providing graphics, fonts, or other creative assets, you confirm you have the rights to use them and agree not to hold Becca Paro Design Co. responsible for any copyright issues.
Website designs are protected by copyright and may not be shared, copied, altered, or reused outside the agreed-upon project without permission.
Logos become the property of the client once final files are delivered, and you retain full rights to use them.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to me. Any personal or account information (such as WordPress admin access, domain details, or email subscription services) will remain strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of completing your project.
Design Credit
An attribution link to Becca Paro Design Co. will be placed at the bottom of each website design. By entering into this agreement, you agree to keep the credit visible until all elements of the purchased design have been removed.
Refunds
Because of the time and effort that go into each project, full refunds are not available once work has begun.
- Deposits cover time already spent on your project ($30/hour).
- For logo projects: if high-resolution files have not yet been delivered, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be available. Once final files are delivered, the project is considered complete and non-refundable.
- My priority is your satisfaction. If at any point you feel unhappy with the direction of the work, please reach out—I’m committed to collaborating until you’re confident in your investment.
Liability
Clients are responsible for backing up their current website before a redesign. I am happy to guide you through the process, but I cannot be held responsible for lost content. Clients may freely edit and update their own website content after launch. However, I am not responsible for coding or design errors introduced by site owners after completion.
Payment
Payment is accepted via PayPal (credit and debit cards are also accepted through PayPal checkout).
Full payment is required to reserve a project week on my schedule. Projects are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. If payment is not received, the reserved week may be released to another client.
